When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to

of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the 
gift of the Holy Spirit.The promise is for you and your children and 
for all who are far off.for all whom the Lord our God will call."
Acts 2:36-39

This is the one who came by water and blood - Jesus Christ. He did not 
come by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who testifies, 
because the Spirit is the truth. For there are three that testify: 
the Spirit, the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement. 
We accept man's testimony, but God's testimony is greater because it is 
the testimony of God, which he has given about his Son.
1 John 5:6-9

The world and its desires pass away, but the man who does the will of God 
lives forever.

Jeremiah 31:33-34

2 Corinthians 4:6

Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."
Acts 1:7-8

"Men of Galilee," they said, "why do you stand here looking into the sky? 
This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back 
in the same way you have seen him go into heaven."

"Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under

This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who 
believe. There is no difference, 23for all have sinned and fall short of 
the glory of God, 24and are justified freely by his grace through the 
redemption that came by Christ Jesus. 
Romans 3:22-24

That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your 
heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is 
with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your 
mouth that you confess and are saved. As the Scripture says, "Anyone who 
trusts in him will never be put to shame." For there is no difference 
between Jew and Gentile - the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses 
all who call on him, for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord 
will be saved."
Romans 10:9-13

Live as free men, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live 
as servants of God.
1 Peter 2:16

For just as the sufferings of Christ flow over into our lives, so also 
through Christ our comfort overflows.
2 Corinthians 1:5

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, 
yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and 
momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far 
outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what 
is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
2 Corinthians 4:16-18 

We put no stumbling block in anyone's path, so that our ministry will not 
be discredited. Rather, as servants of God we commend ourselves in every 
way: in great endurance; in troubles, hardships and distresses; in 
beatings, imprisonments and riots; in hard work, sleepless nights and 
hunger; in purity, understanding, patience and kindness; in the Holy 
Spirit and in sincere love; in truthful speech and in the power of God; 
with weapons of righteousness in the right hand and in the left; through 
glory and dishonor, bad report and good report; genuine, yet regarded as 
impostors; known, yet regarded as unknown; dying, and yet we live on; 
beaten, and yet not killed; sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; poor, yet 
making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything.
2 Corinthians 6:3-10

If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I 
am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of 
prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a 
faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give 
all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have 
not love, I gain nothing.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it 
is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily 
angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but 
rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, 
always perseveres. 
1 Corinthians 13:1-7

Nevertheless, each one should retain the place in life that the Lord 
assigned to him and to which God has called him. This is the rule I lay 
down in all the churches.
1 Corinthians 7:17

Does God give you his Spirit and work miracles among you because you 
observe the law, or because you believe what you heard?
Galatians 3:5

For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it.
1 Timothy 6:7

Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to 
put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in 
God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment.

consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only 
to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.

Ecclesiastes 5:12

One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing 
that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, "Of all the 
commandments, which is the most important?"

"The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel, 
the Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all 
your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your 
strength.' The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as 
yourself.'There is no commandment greater than these."
Mark 12:28-31 

And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God 
is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God 
himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from 
their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for 
the old order of things has passed away."
Revelation 21:3-4

believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will 
flow from within him."

   But Jesus bent down and started to write on the ground with his finger. 
When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, 
"If any one of you is without sin, let him be the first to throw a stone 
at her."
John 8:7

 Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes 
in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in 
me will never die. Do you believe this?"
